The Transformational Journey to Health is a health and weight loss program that takes you way beyond dieting. It is all about increasing your knowledge and skills to create a lifelong lifestyle change, thereby ending the yo-yo weight loss/weight gain cycle.


It is an educational and interactive eight weeks, including a once a week meeting, where you are exposed to healthy delicious foods, a weigh in and various speakers. The speaker list changes, but may include a psychotherapist, a life coach, a master fitness trainer, a chef and others. The program is limited to ten participants and provides a supportive environment with an accountable team approach.
